Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory therapists at Lakeland Regional Medical Center thrive in our collaborative practice environment. With two professional levels for CRTs and three for RRTs, you’ll be able to apply your current abilities while developing new skills on a continual basis. Regardless of your level, you’ll enjoy the right mix of autonomy and support.

Practice settings include a Level II Trauma Center, a Level II NICU, PFT, the Broch Lab and Pulmonary Rehab.
Respiratory Therapy Students
After completing the first year of an AMA Respiratory Therapy program, you can qualify for our Respiratory Student position. Following graduation, you’ll then move into a Senior Respiratory Student role and receive CRT pay. It is required within 60 days of hire to complete certification and receive Florida License. Lakeland Regional reimburses the registry fees for those who pass and agree to a one-year service commitment.
