An Endoscopy Technician who started out in the cafeteria. A Patient Access ED Manager who originally joined Lakeland Regional as a Dietary Aide. A Security Director who began in laundry services.

All of these individuals are exceptional employees who worked hard to get ahead and to shape their own paths at LRMC. All of them took advantage of the extraordinary continuing education opportunities that we provide to employees.
